As Vice President, I head up new internal projects and establish strategy alongside the president while assisting with practical matters related to the Main Board.

I manage Silba's finances, and make sure that everything from a financial perspective is in order. I also help with funding, both nationaly and locally.

As head of the Election Observation Missions department my job is to oversee the daily doings of the committee which includes researching, preparing and supporting our election observation missions.

I am head of the International Projects department. I coordinate and scout for opportunities to collaborate with youth abroad. And
we are always open to new projects!

I oversee and manage all aspects of information dissemination, including social media, internal communication channels, and related functions within Silba,
