SILBA chairman to Dnepropetrovsk to observe the second round of the Ukranian Presidential Election held February 7th 2010.

SILBA send our chairman Jens-Kristian Lütken to Dnepropetrovsk to observe the second round of the Ukranian Presidential Election held February 7th 2010. In Dnepropetrovsk he meets up with Hayk Hayrapetyan, from FYCA (Federation of Youth Clubs in Armenia), who were also a part of SILBAs Election Observation Mission in Donetsk during the first round of the Ukrainian Presidential Election, held January 17th 2010. Contacts have been made, so that he can meet up with Election Observers send by Georgia to Ukraine. A large group of Georgian Observers were denied entry to Ukraine, during the first round of the Election, but hopefully the extensive press coverage and political pressure put on certain Ukranian officials since January will make it possible for them to come this time.
