SILBA plans Election Observation to the Ukrainian Presidential Election in December/January

SILBA and our Dutch partnerorganisation "EIDP" through several other Election Observations, are planning to conduct an ordinary fully accredited Election Observation Mission to Ukraine. The plan is to carry out Polling Station Inspections combined with Exit Pollings. SILBA will organise the Election Observation Mission in the far eastern region of Donetsk, while Dutch EIDP will organise the Election Observation Mission in Kiev.

SILBA and EIDP is currently applying for funds to hold seminars in the week up to the Election, enabling us to gather a larger number of observers, making the participants from the seminar stay some days longer.

SILBA will invite a number of our international partner organisations as observers.

Please note that SILBA is NOT looking for applications from individuals from all over Europe to become observers. So please dont send us long letters descriping why we should bring you as an observer. Its never a problem to find volunteer observers for us, the problems is to find funding.
